SocketCAN is the standard CAN bus networking stack in the Linux kernel. Our Python-based daemon exposes the CANsub as a regular SocketCAN network interface on Linux, making it compatible with the large ecosystem of SocketCAN tools and libraries (e.g. can-utils).
