By sending this email, we recognize the following:

- Our Super SIM use the default NON-DISCOUNTED rates until we have a counter-signed discount agreement in place
- Our Twilio/KORE accounts are registered with the above company billing details
- We understand that we will receive a DocuSign request email from KORE with subject line "Please DocuSign:_[NAME]_CCRXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_-_KORE_Agreement"
- We understand that the discount agreement is with KORE and that CSS Electronics is in no way involved/responsible, including if e.g. price/discount changes occur
